White Spot - Surrey

Senioren .. who ordered a legendary burger who remembered when we were children. out comes a hamburger bungalow and a plate of meat with something sauce. that's it. I asked why it had no tomato or salate etc. the very friendly but...oh so stupid server said they don't come like that. I was surprised and asked if I could get something. they don't. ate it, maybe one of the worst meal I had in my years. .then I checked online. seemingly the magical legendary burger can have the salat and tomaten when they ask for them confused. but say goodbye for ever white spot.

Had the family package for the trip. was decent, but eating was not hot. I thought it was done earlier and was sitting for a little. they said mins and we came to this time and it sat there and cold when we came home. little disappointed. probably not order from this place.

Aftyer had a long time to sit and be served in my car. one of the few restaurants that still offers this old fashion service. burgers are always good at white spot!

Hi. we went to dinner on Monday and there was a customer who acted like a rassist totally, we had heated argument and I called the server to change our table to my surprise when this whole situation was going on. the manager did not come and the server gave us the seat. I mean, what kind of service gives white place? we were so annoyed because this racist customer no one met us, even the customer who sat before us came and apologized for the behavior of this racist customer. a lot in the service didn't even come to say something. I have it that you have bad customers, but we were on the reception ending racist people who would have come atleast manager, but no. I will never go to this white spot and tell everyone never go.

We have gone to this location last years, food is always great and wait times. They have great cocktails and are always tweaking their menus, kids loved the pirate packs when they were little. Their desert menu is one of the worst and for...the price quite stingy, but the wait time when u place ur order is the worst, u better not have any place to go because you will be waiting
