Wendy's - Surrey

Had a great experience late night. Hot fresh and crispy food. I was in and out of drive thru in 5 mins. I was surprised at how yummy the chicken and fries were since it was 1 am! Thanks Wendy's staff

Was out for a walk to try and get my daily steps in. I walked from Guildford Mall to the proximity of this location and felt a little hungry. Recalling that I had coupons in my pocket I entered and ordered the Homestyle Chicken meal. It appeared to be a slow start and there was only one cashier on. Despite this I was served quickly and with some pleasant conversation as well, very personable staff. The eating area was clean and well respected by the patrons already there and was quite and comfortable. The food was even better than other locations as it was fervently deep fried as to be crunchy and not drenched in oil.

Chocolate frostys and Jr bacon cheese burger it's 10 expensive but hey it used to be $4 plus tax 10 yrs ago lol. Still cheaper than McDonald's and real meat pattys

Food is always Fresh and drive thru is much faster. Most of the staff is friendly.Update:-Never had any issues until last week. Ordered a large fries and got a half full bag. Fries werent fresh even when i asked for it, tasted like they were reheated. Chicken patty tasted stale and was cold. Very unsatisfactory service.

I was in recently and was having a bit of a difficult time with using the Wendy’s app for their breakfast order.Simran, the manager was very helpful and patient and she deserves kudos and should be treated as a valuable employee!Very convenient location and friendly service. Please be kind to the staff here they always go the extra mile for n my experience!
