My wife me went last week to Triple O's on Kingsway to order 2 x Impossible Burgers to take away.We had specifically instructed the person taking our order to ensure the Triple O sauce was added in the Burger. Further we had to request for Ketchup as they automatically did not include it in the parcel .Unfortunately when we went home checked we found they had forgotten to add the Triple O sauce only applied Mayonnaise sauce. (So taste was not good).We called Triple O Kingsway complained to the person who took our call. He promised to inform his Manager said they would call us back. Regret to inform that so far we have not heard from the Triple O -Kingsway Manager. (We found the Triple O on United Boulevard Coquitlam offers better service attention to customers than the Kingsway outlet.
Was surprised by great customer servise and clean interior. Chipotle BBQ melt burger was so good. Strongly recommend that place.
I was truly impressed by this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, the establishment was very clean, and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed my cod burger and popcorn shrimp. They also offer vegetarian options, like the Beyond meat burger.
We had never been to Triple O's at this location before, but as we were passing by, we decided to stop for a quick dinner. We had recently visited the Triple O's at Playland, but found this one to be superior. The restaurant was not very busy on a weeknight, but there was a constant flow of customers. The staff were very patient as we made our decisions and took our orders with a smile. When we asked for a cup of hot water, they happily obliged, which was very nice. We found a comfortable booth to sit and wait for our food, which was ready shortly. We ordered the Crispy Cod burger and the Monty Mushroom burger. The cod burger was fantastic - freshly fried, crispy, and the batter was not too thick. The mushroom burger was also good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The secret Triple O's sauce added a delicious flavor to both burgers. The only small complaint was that the fries could have been hotter and fresher, but it was not a big issue. Overall, we were pleased with our visit and would definitely come back again!
Love the burgers!Just a quick tip, if you're ordering with your friends, choose different sides to share.We ended up having 4 poutines and got really cloying and sick of it.
