team members do not pay on orders. they always forget to give some of the commands. all the time, they seem so sleepy. thoughts seem to float. it was a bad experience here for the third time. the workers here need more training, how to make a good costumer service. The coworker who took my order literally went away from the cash register and went back without word after I order my order and before the transaction was even approved and did not return. I had ordered a sandwich and a donut and normally they give them the items from the display case before they wait for the side for their hot eating. In addition, they were so in any case badly judged on this employee, simply walk like that and go back on the back and not disturbingly. I had to ask for my entry from another employee how I needed it and she was significantly annoyed on my question. I asked the other who prepared my sandwich for my donut and she told me that I had to get it from the front, and that is when I told her that the person who took my order disappeared without a word so that she had to go to show and get my donut for me. unsafe situation huge communicated gap terrible customer service from the girl who took my order.
What a tasty bite! their wraps and sandwiches are good (make sure they want a wrap or a sandwich.) their donuts and croissants are so fresh!

Last 5 times I've gone they've had 0 sour glazed timbits. Once I understand but 5 times? I've tried going really early, late, in the middle, they never have any. Ridiculous.
