Sushi Train has been my go-to Japanese restaurant for 11 years! The chopped scallop is absolutely delicious, and the spicy tuna and salmon rolls are amazing. The staff is always friendly, the portions are generous, and the sushi is always fresh. I LOVE Sushi Train!
You can never go wrong with the fresh and delicious sushi at this restaurant. It's also heartwarming to see that this family business is being run by an elderly couple. A true Guildford classic.
The sushi was delicious and tasted very fresh. The waitress was extremely helpful and polite. The service was quite speedy for a sit-down restaurant. My only complaints were the limited menu options and the lack of descriptions for the various types of rolls.
