Really bad service, girl name jas was so rude , I ask for veggie sandwich with patty and she just gave me only veggies with bread, and the bread was burnt. When I ask her about the veggie patties she said oh I didn’t charge you for that. I paid 6 dollar extra for that and her face expression was terrible. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff member was using the same gloves for vegetables after handling meat and pork. When I politely pointed this out to an older employee, she reacted angrily and said that they always use the same gloves for everything. She further claimed that she wasn't a vegetarian and there were no guidelines in place for using different gloves. I then asked her why they even offered vegetarian options if that was the case. I reiterated that I wasn't angry, just trying to address the issue respectfully. Her response was simply "WE DON’T CARE!" This kind of dismissive attitude is unacceptable. I hope this feedback reaches the owner, and they consider making some necessary changes. Peace.
I ordered from this restaurant through Skip and received a pleasant surprise. They included two extra cookies and a "have a nice day" note on the bag. It was a small gesture, but it really warmed my heart. Thank you to whoever made that happen!
The staff were excellent, the place was spotless, and the food was incredibly fresh.
The staff here is very disappointing; none of them seem to know how to smile or understand basic customer service. I've frequently dined here between 10 and 11:30 PM, but after witnessing employees gossiping about customers' mannerisms today, I’m reconsidering my visits. It’s embarrassing to be polite to individuals who can’t even return a smile and seem to speak poorly about others. I wish they would focus on respecting their customers rather than just their tips.
They've really made some progress! Corporate has done a good job by introducing new menu items for those who prefer healthier options, and for that, thank you! However, I believe there’s still room for improvement in terms of vegan dishes.
