The worst of the worst. I've been a gold card member for a long time and this is the store that ended Starbucks for me. Staff is horrible. Food is average. Coffee always bad. How come you cannot make an americano three times in a row? Include the attitude and the unprofessionalism, you don't need anything else for your failure. Any place can be better than this one...
