The staff at this restaurant is incredibly kind and friendly. We usually order takeout and the food is always hot by the time we get home. The food is delicious and the staff is excellent. We highly recommend this place. View all feedback.
What Loveleen Kaur doesn't like about Spice Kings Bistro:
We ordered aloo and onion paranthas 2 days ago and they were not properly cooked plus we told them to make it spicy but they were all mild and didn’t taste good at all. Would not recommend at all View all feedback.
The best restaurant in Surrey! I called for delivery while I was in bed with a broken foot and they waived the minimum fee. The delivery guy even refused to accept a tip! The food was incredible too.
I ordered a large chicken curry and a large rice for $33. However, the portion sizes were definitely not large. The curry was watery and not very tasty, while the rice was crunchy and had a strange flavor. I used to be a frequent customer here, but after today's disappointing experience, I will not be returning.
Spice Kings is the top Indian restaurant in British Columbia in my opinion. The food, prices, and portions are all fantastic. It's definitely worth the trip for those who don't reside in Surrey.
The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. We had a wonderful evening.
Tonight, I ordered two dishes for takeout from this restaurant. I requested gobhi pakora and chicken pakora over the phone. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, there were no forks or napkins provided. Typically, these dishes are meant to be eaten right away, so the lack of utensils was disappointing. I had to go back in and ask for napkins and forks, questioning why they weren't included initially. The staff claimed I didn't request them, but I argued that they should have asked me during the phone call. In the end, the restaurant's decision to cut costs on napkins and cheap forks has cost them a customer for good. Additionally, restaurants should appreciate customers ordering directly rather than through delivery apps like Skip the Dishes or Uber Eats, as they profit more. Overall, this experience was marked by poor service and is truly regrettable.
