4 of us went here around 1 pm. We all ordered different items off a menu they have, where everything is $9.95.We got lots of food, and everything was great. We asked if they had a seniors menu, and she said no, but they giveseniors 10% off. We didn't check our receipt till we got home, and she did not give us the 10% off. It still was a good value for the meal we had.

I find the portions are good but, after eating here five times on last year, I think they have a problem with seasoning. Also it was not busy at all but still service was slow. I was given a table with still a used paper place mat and they left ot there during my whole visit.I had to use my napkin to wipe my table clean.Staff need to be more attentive to details and kitchen needs to taste...I had the Ceasar Salad with... Before the pandemic we used to eat at Ricky's quite often. Now I try to avoid it, partly due to poor quality food, but mostly because they are the only restaurant, independent or part of a chain, we've been to in years that has no gluten friendly options, or any knowledge of its importance to many diners. We've travelled across Canada twice, from Niagara Falls, and from PEI home to Vancouver Island and every place we stopped, whether a roadside diner or city restaurant offered GF options or an entire GF menu. The same was true on a recent trip from Whitehorse to home. But not at Rickys in Campbell River. The server tried, but no one had a clue what he was asking, although the dishwasher appeared to be of some help. The salad I ordered was edible, not enjoyable. White Spot in Campbell River, is the exact opposite, Good food and excellent GF options, even a separate deep fryer for GF foods!
This used to be a very busy location years ago. Still a good place to go and the service is excellent. Sandy was my server offered me a newspaper to read while I waited for my breakfast. I had Eggs Benedict with was just how I ordered it served hot with a real Benedict sauce. Good hot fresh coffee.
Huge group of us went for breakfast so we had the big back room to ourselves. Filling food and good selection of menu items for breakfast. Pleasant surroundings. Waitress didn't smile once at us. Another one spilled boiling water on someone. We had to ask for drinking water. Yet they automatically charged each of us 15% tip.
This is a good breakfast place. Service is always pretty good. Food is acceptable and they are good about making substitutions. Place is clean, good parking, can be busy on weekends for brunch.
Ricky's be here for a while , I never got the chance to try there breakfast ,I all way end up going to another restaurant for there T -Bone Steak Eggs , I have a business meeting with some one from Montreal ,he choose Ricky's at the Surrey Central City ,location is great ,close to Sky Train and bus loop ,but in a very scuzzy area ,Ricky's been in this location well over 10 years , the decor is casual family atmosphere , need a up date to the 20's ,still a lot of booth sitting , the place is not busy at all ,only few tablets having breakfast , breakfast menu is very unique! (Too much items ! I order the Steak Eggs (MR ,the steak looks about 5/6 oz ? no flavours at all ! and on one side is BURNT! very disappointing to say ,very dry ,the cook must forgot turn the steak until the last mins , I want to sent it back ,but I am in a business meeting , and very rush for time , my friend's Grand Fork breakfast looks not too bad , but funny he only ate half of the breakfast ,and told me he's full ??????? coffee is lukewarm , so ,over all ,very disappointed to say ,I am not impressed at all , services very average , she took my order ,she should know some thing is not right ,how come two people left half the foods on the plat , would I come back ,not really ,if I do ,I made sure is not these location!
