We used to love this restaurant when it was an ABC and we thought the food quality would suffer when it became a Ricky's. Not so!It seems like the same care and attention is given to the menu items. Great breakfasts and lunch and in a nice bright, in a not too noisy atmosphere. Very homey. We've had bad experiences at other Ricky's, but this is an exception. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ricky's Country Restaurant:
My friend and I met for breakfast at 9am. The restaurant was busy with lots of small groups and a large group on the patio. Service was very slow, it took 20 minutes to have our order taken and almost an hour to get our food. Normally terrible, however my friend and I were in no rush as we had not seen each other for a few months, so the wait was not really a problem. Food was good, service was OK. View all feedback.
I've stayed at the hotel right next door a few times for work and so inevitably wound up eating (or more properly, ordering take out from) here a few times.
It's been a few years since my last review of this place and I am happy to say that this restaurant is still delicious.
Came up for an overnighter for a family "obligation" which would explain WHY we are in this part of town; not your typical Vancouver area hot spot.
Mete a friend here for lunch recently and was surprised when eating was quite decent and not outrageous price. many parking spaces and many available places (I am sure not something that the restaurant wants to hear). I had a three-course lunch and coffee for over twenty dollars with top, which is not too bad in today's world. If you haven't even been here, try.
This restaurant has a great room to reserve for a party or a meeting, we held our wind up parties every year here with about to lunch and they do a good work to a lunch for a quantity and have a menu with. many of the choices
