Pizza Hut Surrey

Location permanently closed it seems. The building has been demolished for demolition. Sign on door indicated moving to new location but this new location still has for lease after 5 months.

Usually I have a great experience but the last time I ordered two 10$ medium peps and they arrived bad. One had almost no cheese and the other was so soft on the bottom there was no crisp at all. When I contacted them they acted like i was a liar and told me they wanted me to send the pizza back. Which is fine but what are they going to do with two pizzas that I've already opened and had a slice of? Super weird. Not sure if I'll.order from this location againUpdsaeThe manager sent me two new pizzas it took over an hour to get them.and both the bottoms of these are super soggy. Not even going to bother contacting them again because she was so rude the first time and accused me of lying. Also the chicken wings i ordered were half cooked and squishy? Super weird texture and definitely not edible. I will never order from whalley location again. Very disappointed

I don’t know who is taking order just placed 5mins. Ago but was a girl with fake accent . Couldn’t understand her and wasn’t listening at all . I asked her to let me speak cuz I’m the one placing order and she’s telling me who is rude and whatnot . Like girl , chill , customers do know the order sometimes . She’s cutting me and being rude . First when I asked her I want to order box meal ,pretended like she couldn’t understand and was correcting me to say it’s my box . Omg how stupid can someone be, how different is it . After that she didn’t let me talk or ask anything at all . She just started putting across one question after other without even hearing me out . Like stop let me speak and then when I said , she thinks customer is being rude . It’s just that people at these jobs don’t wanna work, they get offended when order comes in and that tone of their changes . I couldn’t even finish and she hung up on me . I cancelled the order after cuz I don’t trust how the pizza would look like and wasn’t really willing to pay for this service . Pathetic Attitude not suitable for attending calls at all .

I ordered a veggie delight large pizza yrsterday and they had put in pepperoni in it. Like how does veggie delight pizza have pepperoni in it??? My family is vegetarian so we just had to order food from another place. Never recommend this place to anyone. You order and in 5-10 mins the pizza is ready for pickup. For any pizza it takes atleast 15 mins to bake in oven so not sure how they are doing it or just packing wats available.
