Pink Lotus Cafe - Surrey

For more than 2 years I have been ordering to leave here, and I have to say that the quality in the run of time is drastically weakened. I loved it. Remember, my experience is taking out, others seem to eat a good experience in still. the online menu will never be updated to reflect the availability of food and it is very common for certain items, especially bark meat, not available. Also are quite inconsistent. sometimes good sometimes bad. So I would recommend not to use an online order or order to do so at all. I had made my order wrong and much worse than it used to be so often that I'm done. I don't order from here anymore. pho 99 on the road is only decent in comparison to what was pink lotus years ago, but at least they have made food available and get the order every time. Maybe they try it here personally if they want to try it. They save the money when they think about getting out.

The food wasnt very enjoyable. The spring rolls don't even look like what they advertise. They were burnt and the oil is clearly old considering how dark the rolls came out. Soup wasn't anything special. The vermicelli bowl was okay just super small portion. The positive reviews must be from friends!

Rice dishes highly recommended. Very good spring rolls!

Have the vegetarian pho and loved her! really appreciate that they have veggie broth (not many places do.) were generous and I will be back!

One of the best services I've ever received from a restaurant! Delightful staff and place. The food was fantastic. I'll be coming back again soon.
