This is the most sincere and friendly restaurant owner I have ever encountered in Burnaby. The service is heartwarming and the Chinese/Asian food is authentic, even in a food court setting. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. Their bubble waffle is particularly delicious, with a perfect balance of crispiness and sweetness. I highly recommend trying it. I will definitely be returning and wish them all the best.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but it must be said. I stumbled upon one of the most delicious Hainanese chicken rice dishes in a random strip mall. I'm not kidding. For under $15 CAD, I received a generous serving of Hainanese rice, an iced lemon tea, and a black sesame bubble waffle. This wasn't just my hangry self talking - the food truly was some of the best I've had in a long time. While the wait was a bit longer than expected, especially since we arrived near closing time and the mall was empty, Bubble Waffle Café was a pleasant surprise. Affordable, delicious food that any foodie would appreciate.

The portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious. The service was fast and attentive. The best part of the meal deal is that it comes with a complimentary drink. I would definitely return to this restaurant in the future.

Having moved to calgary, I was in need for some pho. Everything was great, except the soya sauce and the beef ball tasted funny. But the broth was good, and so were the jalapeños.
