Papa John's - Surrey

It's like eating a hot circle of garbage. The crust was stale. Cheese was burnt, and there were hardly any toppings. Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. If you like pizza, do yourself a favour and don't order from here! This place should be shutdown. You can't even call it pizza it was so bad.

First and last time we will EVER order pizza from there. It was disgusting and we got it cold. Crust was like cardboard and the smallest and thinnest toppings we have ever had! Toppings ripped off every piece first bite. Don't order from here. We gotripped off!

They sent us the wrong pizza, and the one they did send was greasy with crust so thin it was falling apart. Called to resolve the situation and the person was rude and hung up on us. Terrible customer service.

This review is about the restaurant management and the way they interact with customers. My friends and I had some Papa John's coupons that we received while visiting Vancouver. When I tried to use four coupons, the manager called me and said that I couldn't apply them at this location. He instructed me to use them where I had received them. If I had known this beforehand, I would have never placed an order here after hearing his words. I placed an order through the app and the store nearby was chosen for delivery. The manager warned me that my order may be cancelled next time if I ordered from the same location. After this conversation, no one wants to order from this place again. A reminder to others - if you have coupons or promotions, it's best to avoid this store as they can ruin your experience.
