Rating based on the fact that this is in south Surrey and dim sum places are very limited in the area. Very decent copy of old-school western Chinese! Fresh and tasty, yet portion sizing is small. Otherwise great, no regrets.

Note: they charge$1 per person for tea. Will try their dinner next time as their chef probably does better with non dim sum items.
Amazing food here. It is one of the top places in the lower mainland for sure! I highly recommended making a trip out here, even if it’s far away! Beats the dim sum in Hong Kong !!!
One of my favorite place in white rock dimsum is still as good as 5 years ago would go back to try other dishes too
