I have ordered from this location countless times, often customizing my pizzas, and they have only made one mistake which was promptly rectified. What CJ C doesn't like about Panago Pizza:
Our first time trying Panago Pizza. Staff were pleasant and order was quick. The two large thin crust pizzas had good tasty toppings, but the thin crust were very tough. The one issue that worried me was the staff preparing food did not have masks on. I would not buy pizza here again. Sorry as the crew seemed hard working, but this was the first food service place that staff haven't worn masks. View all feedback.
We ordered a large Hawaiian and it tasted raw. There were plenty of toppings but the dough was chewy and flat and not cooked. The crust was barely higher than the rest of the pizza, almost non existent, and we ordered regular crust not thin crust. We hadn?t had Panago pizza for a while so maybe they changed their recipe but I don?t think I?ll order from there again. They did give us a free pizza but it was the same as the first. Maybe they had a bad batch of dough that didn?t rise?
I don't know if there is new management or what but they barely put any toppings on our pizzas and ignored the request for extra cheese. Definitely not going back here. Waste of $75.
If you enjoy pizza with barely any toppings or sauce then this place is for you. If you enjoy flat thin pizza with no crust , then this place is for you. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with extra ham and pineapple and it had 4 slices of ham on the whole pizza , there were slices of pizza that had absolutely no ham on it . I've contacted Panago about this and they offered me a free pizza, which I wouldn't ever go back for . I'd honestly rather get my money back , which never happened. Trust me avoid this place.
Really great experience! the gentleman on the phone was very kind and my order was ready for pick-up in 10 mins! the woman working at the store accidentally made an error on one of the pizzas so we ended up getting an extra one which was really really nice : the plant-based pizza's are amaazzzzzinng and I highly recommend their menu and this location!
I ordered a custom pizza with extra mozzarella, extra mozza-cheddar blend, and extra cheddar, and usually Panago skimps on the cheese and you end up with basically a regular pepperoni pizza. However, this Panago nailed it, they put SO MUCH cheese on my pizza and it was awesome. They probably thought they messed up because of how much cheese they put on it but I loved it. If every Panago did it like this, I would give them more money than I already do.
