I am addicted to their bubble tea! I always order less sugar as it can be naturally very sweet. Pearls are very good and the food menu has improved. Price is fair. Would recommend! View all feedback.

When we finally received our food, I had my bubble tea and my friend wanted to take a few bites before we left. The staff refused to provide us with cutlery and informed us that we were not allowed to eat in the store if our food was in takeout boxes because they did not consider themselves a "fast food restaurant." Despite the lack of customers in the restaurant and the impracticality of eating a bubble waffle without a plate, we were not allowed to eat inside. I am perplexed by the inconsistency of O My Tea Cafe promoting itself as an upscale cafe while having unsanitary food handling practices and not allowing customers to eat takeout food on the premises. I do not see any reason to return to this establishment.
Despite the slightly worn chairs and visible boxes behind the counter, the food and service at this restaurant are top-notch. It is a popular hidden gem offering a wide selection of teas, meals, and snacks. You will find yourself wanting to return again and again to sample everything this charming cross-cultural establishment has to offer. Located in the lovely neighborhood of Clayton in Surrey, this restaurant stands out even though it is situated right next to two other eateries serving eastern foods.
I come here regularly for takoyaki and the uji matcha milk tea. It is a nice place to hangout and sit down, good vibes, i like the quietness and peaceful music playing. The price is really good for snacks. My food always comes out fresh, tasty, and crisp. Plus the presentation is very nice!
I had high expectations for this restaurant due to its 4.2 rating, but I was ultimately let down. The atmosphere upon walking in felt unsanitary and chaotic. Unfortunately, the bubble tea and bubble waffle I tried were also disappointing. The bubble tea tasted excessively artificial and sweet, while the bubble waffle had a cardboard-like taste with hints of sanitizer. Additionally, my order came with a minimal amount of condensed milk. The to-go cups were disappointingly thin and flimsy, causing one to break in my hand. Overall, I was truly disappointed with my experience and felt compelled to leave a negative review.
This place was so delicious like idk how they make the food but it’s actually amazing especially the waffles.
