When I arrived after 25 minutes, I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my order. This level of professionalism is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

When I called to address the issue, I had to argue with the staff to confirm that they had indeed forgotten it. The conversation became heated, and they even suggested that I should pick up my own food after their mistake. Three different people ended up arguing with me on the phone. I called the 1-866 number, and they refunded the entire meal due to the poor service I received. I would not recommend this place.

The staff prioritized certain groups of customers, serving them within five minutes of their orders while others were left waiting for over 20 minutes. The woman at the counter would walk away whenever I tried to inquire about my order, and she didn’t even start preparing mine before attending to other people in line. At one point, the staff nearly gave my order to someone else.

I thought maybe it was due to the bad weather, but when I called, I discovered that even though he had somehow gained access to the building, he didn’t bother to bring it to my door—he just dropped it off in a public area where anyone could take it. To make matters worse, he didn’t even let me know it had arrived! I had clearly requested that they call upon arrival. I ended up paying over $30 for cold chicken and, on top of that, a 30% tip. The restaurant seemed indifferent to my concerns, so I won’t be ordering from them again.
