When I called to address the problem, the staff member raised his voice and interrupted me before I could fully explain the issue with my order.

I thought maybe it was due t... read more I had a frustrating experience with my recent delivery. The driver just left the food in the lobby after I waited nearly two hours. I thought maybe it was due to the bad weather, but when I called, I discovered that even though he had somehow gained access to the building, he didn’t bother to bring it to my door—he just dropped it off in a public area where anyone could take it. To make matters worse, he didn’t even let me know it had arrived! I had clearly requested that they call upon arrival. I ended up paying over $30 for cold chicken and, on top of that, a 30% tip. The restaurant seemed indifferent to my concerns, so I won’t be ordering from them again.

I really don't recommend wasting your money at this place. There are so many better options out there. You should check out Major Joy instead – they have the best chicken sandwich!

The food standards were sloppy, especially with the heat lamps being used. Fries were left scattered next to the lamps, and it’s concerning that they still serve fries that are likely contaminated. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and indifferent. In contrast, other locations are much quicker and more hygienic.
