To begin that is included in the order, ignores the description! the container contained cauliflower, but it was nothing other than a pasty mosque. it seemed li... read more To begin that is included in the order, ignores the description! the container contained cauliflower, but it was nothing other than a pasty mosque. it seemed like it was done in a mixer. the worst example of the colleague I have ever experienced. there was. a container with gravy, it was nothing more than a brown jelly. we haven't even tried to taste it. the color was a pale, pale brown, in contrast to any fried chicken I've ever seen. it was very fat and soggy on the outside, tasteless. the outer coating had to be sawed away, it was not edible, only too greasy. the meat of chicken breast and legs was extremely dry, no taste at all. they were cold, devastated soggy. they were thrown away. I should never have used the drive thru! you couldn't pay me enough to ever return to this place.

Usually when chicken is greasy, it means the oil was not hot enough when the chicken was dumped in, or too much chicken was fried at the...same time, or...someone didn't know how to cook chicken. The bright spot in this dismal lunch was the crisp, hot fries clearly the oil was hot when they were cooked. I like KFC chicken, but this restaurant needs to try harder.

It appeared like it was made in a blender. The worst example of coleslaw I have ever experienced. There was also...a container of gravy included, it was nothing more than a brown jelly goop. The outside coating had to be pealed off thrown away, it was not edible, just too greasy. The meat of the chicken breast and thighs was extremely dry, no flavor at all. The fries were cold, wilted soggy ..... those too were thrown away. I should have never used the drive thru! You couldn't pay me enough to ever return to this place.

Despite contacting them three times to resolve the issue and providing all of my information, they have refused to refund my money. I had hoped that a reputable business like KFC would do the right thing, but it seems I will have to contact Visa to reclaim my funds. It appears that KFC is facing financial difficulties and resorting to unethical practices to stay afloat. Fortunately, there are other dining options in the area. I recommend trying Jolibee or Mary Browns, as their chicken is not only tastier and less greasy, but they also do not engage in dishonest practices. KFC has lost my business indefinitely.
