Was Anonym at Fry's Corner Beestro a mag?
We noticed they offered high tea, so we decided to bring my mother there for her birthday. Unfortunately, when we booked, the Honeybee Centre had an event and Beestro was closed for regular service. However, the Manager felt sorry for the mix-up, so she gave us some delicious macarons and invited us to return for high tea on another day. When we did, they remembered us! What Anonym dislikes about Fry's Corner Beestro:
I visited Pita Pit in Bracebridge today for the first and last time. The portion sizes were significantly smaller compared to the ones in Toronto, and the prices were much higher. View all feedback.

I have passed by hundreds of times since this delightful Bistro (Beestro as it is cleverly named). I always felt they should open a coffee shop or eatery here as it is a perfect location. It is part of the Honeybee Centre on the corner of Fraser Highway & 176th street in Surrey (Fry's Corner as we remember it ~ hence the name).Today I decided to stop in for wee visit and some lunch AND I was not disappointed. The Bistro is not fancy in furnishings but everything is is clean and tidy.If I may suggest, this might be an area for improvement ~ perhaps adding a bit of colour on the seat cushions or even a single flower in a bud vase on the table (beside the honey) After all, bees love flowers! However, the amazing food more than makes up for the decor. Compliments to the Chef!I had a wonderful BLTA - that's a BLT with avocado. Everything was so freshand absolutely yummy! Loved the lite honey mustard dressing. The BLTA is done 'panini' style and served with your choice of salad or choice of two different soups.I chose the mushroom soup and it was served in a good size bowl and was also delicious.I noticed they also serve High Tea with a huge selection of items that please anyone. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. You are welcomed as soon as you come through the door at the Honeybee Centre. My server at the Bistro was also very friendly and attentive.I look forward to enjoying another meal here. This 'Bistro' is a perfect compliment to the Honeybee centre where they offer honey from around the world; host tours and are just a wealth of information about the benefits of honey.Check it out if you are in the area ~ you won't be disappointed. You may want to browse their website before you go ~ just to see what they have to offer ~ you wouldn't want to miss anything. Make it a family outing ~ a great learning experience for the little ones ~ they will be fascinated. They are open from 9 a.m. to 7p.m. It is a little difficult to access the entrance if you are travelling on 176th but easy if going West on Fraser Highway. That said ... you will be happy you make the effort ~ ENJOY!

The high tea experience was outstanding, from the sandwiches to the scones to the honey-infused desserts. The chef is truly talented and her creations are top-notch. We can't wait to bring my mother back for another high tea this year!

Not only is the food great , but the people and surroundings made us feel like we were at home ,very casual and comfortable , we will be going back . Try the scone with Devonshire cream with a coffee or tea .

Delicious, nutritious, quick, and welcoming.
