Food was prepared correctly and was delicious however, the staff who work here are by far the most rude I’ve ever encountered at a food establishment. Imagine not saying a single word to a customer the entire time of the transaction. They weren't able to get a giftcard for me said the system wasn't working. If you offer giftcards you should ensure it's easy for customers to get them.
Extremely disappointed with this order as i ordered through uber and items missing, not completed bowl as per instructions and payments. With uber there is no refund or complaint option. The ingredients from this location were not fresh, I found several pieces of greens that have gone bad, the edamame beans were turning yellow and the lid that was put on the bowl had sticky edges. I definitely haven't had these issues from other locations, luckily I didn't get sick (yet)...avoid this one if you can. Service: Take out Price per person: CA$10–20
