Freshii - Surrey

Food was prepared correctly and was delicious however, the staff who work here are by far the most rude I’ve ever encountered at a food establishment. Imagine not saying a single word to a customer the entire time of the transaction. I don’t expect people who have been working all day to go over the top and say “have a nice day” but just acknowledging the customer would definitely be a start. I would drive to another location just to avoid this type of attitude. Very weird vibe here.

I ordered the chicken bowl and found it to be stale with both poor quality and quantity compared to other locations. I only received one small piece of chicken. The service was also terrible.

I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh food at this restaurant. The staff was professional and courteous throughout my dining experience.

The service at the Panoramas Surrey, BC location is simply terrible. The staff move around incredibly slowly and seem to do as little as possible. I have left the restaurant twice without even placing an order because no one even approached me after standing there for seven minutes.

There was only 1 girl working. We went there 30 min before closing. That girl didn’t respond so well refused to make smoothie and told us you only have 5 min to eat as there were 15 min to close. Had bad experience
