Took my brother from out of town Friday night. They had a pasta buffet the men had, it looked amazing they loved it. You choose your pasta, sauce and add-ons (meat, fish, seafood) then the chef mixes it all for you. There is also a salad bar and dessert bar that's part of the buffet. So fresh, clean and we'll run. I ate off the menu a salmon with the most delicious risotto and grilled veggies which were perfectly don... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Duffey's Sports Grill:
My husband and I got married at Northview Golf Club in 2014.Unfortunately everytime we come back to Duffey's we keep receiving pretty poor service. When asked what type of sausages would be served one server's response: "I don't know, I haven't had them myself"....Apart from spilling coffee and water when serving to being visibly unhappy, I just feel that we're not being treated well.Tip? No thank you apparently. View all feedback.
Four of us went to lunch on the terrace of duffy’s where I ordered the Italian chicken sandwich. what a disappointment: although the cured sweet soup that came with it was very tasty, the roasted sourdough bread was darkened; sadly, the chicken filling was simply not... tasteful and dripping over me and the plate. I ate only half and left the rest. we sat outside on a cool day; I can't understand why this lively terrace has no heating? the waiting staff were friendly and efficient. the others in my party thought their meals were simply okay'. due to my own experience I would not recommend duffy's.
We were often in palmer room and sent many to it. duffey is okay until we 10 sept. we realize that the golfers are important, but also the non-golfers. our sad and obviously unhappy waitress did not know how important both are. she was uninterested from the beginning and we were not on her radar during our stay. the young, I believe Eastern Indian, man who brought our water was great, but our waitress was awol. then there was social distancing. when we were just before the trip some tables were standing with men and drinking and going from table to table. I think that's all right, but no one has taken care of it. similar dinge went behind us on the terrace as the people came and after visiting friends. we will come back when the palmer room opens.
We were here on the 27th juni for a company event and I must say that the woman who served us was so unhappy. I worked in customer service for years and never had such bad services. she didn't want to be there, and that made us feel like we were an inconvenience. we sat for 20 minutes before she came to take a drink order and repeatedly ignored our attempt to get their attention. she obviously doesn't like her job. in my former restaurant, she would have let go of the place. some of the foods were good, while others were not good at all. the Pesto chicken quadilla had no pesto. I will not recommend this restaurant, nor will I come back.
Great eating, service and environment. I don't play anymore, but if we come here for lunch, we can expect pleasant environment, good eating with reasonable trips.
Duffy's has the same chefs as The Palmer Room excellent fare at fair prices and the view is spectacular!
