The waitress explained her delays by saying she was busy with too many payments, which only made the situation worse. By the time our food arrived, she didn’t bring the right condiments, and as a result, the food had gotten cold.

The reason I gave them 4star is that they didn't consider the spice level even though I asked for mild/medium spice.
