This DQ is always lined up (drive thru) when I come but the line goes pretty quick. The sauced and tossed honey BBQ chicken strips are awesome, you must try them. Very good customer service and food, also the ice cream has never disappointed.Parking: lots of parking around back as well in frontWheelchair accessibility: seems like there would be no issues View all feedback.
What Keelie S doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Literally the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Probably the worst tasting burger I have ever had. They microwaved the burger. It was soggy with grease and the bun was super hot. It then quickly became hard as bread does when it's put in a microwave. I would give it minus 5 stars if I could. It was a huge waste of $9 for 2 tasteless greasy pucks of meat in between rocks. I thought they were supposed to be grille... View all feedback.
The restaurant feels somewhat outdated and lacks a modern atmosphere. However, the food is typical fast-food quality, and the staff is quite efficient, especially considering how many customers they handle at once. It's important to note that any issues with service are likely due to understaffing by management, rather than a lack of effort from the hardworking employees who manage to multitask impressively.
I ordered a $47 birthday cake, but unfortunately, the chocolate ice cream tasted like dish soap. At first, everyone thought it might be the wooden cutlery that altered the flavor, but when we tried it again at home, it had the same unpleasant taste. I contacted the restaurant, and they offered us a complimentary cake, but after that experience, I'm concerned about getting sick again. I think we'll be avoiding the chocolate part in the future. As a side note, if you have any dietary restrictions, it might be a good idea to bring some Pepto-Bismol.
I am truly disappointed with this establishment. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes while the staff chatted in the back about who knows what. Eventually, I had to raise my voice to get their attention, explaining that I was there to pick up a cake. The staff responded with disdainful looks, and after a while, a young woman came to the front acting as if she owned the place. She finally brought out my cake, which was not only poorly made but also had my son's name misspelled. I had spelled it out clearly over the phone using the phonetic alphabet 14 times to avoid any mistakes. Yet, they had the nerve to imply that I didn’t know how to spell my son's name, which is just four letters—hardly complicated! In short, I strongly advise against visiting this place. The staff is rude, dismissive, and lazy. If a manager happens to read this, I would like a refund for the cake since my request for assistance was met with nothing but a dirty look and silence. Thank you.
I had a fantastic birthday celebration at this restaurant! The staff was amazing and welcomed me with friendly smiles. They provided some great suggestions for deals. I thoroughly enjoyed the crispy chicken sandwich—it was delicious! Overall, I loved my experience!
There is ample parking available both at the front and back of the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: It seems to be easily accessible.
