Guests rave about the variety of craft beers, particularly the beer flight of four small glasses, while noting the strong hoppy flavor of the IPAs. While the food is generally decent, some items, like the nachos, come with baked beans that might not appeal to everyone. The service is typically professional and friendly, though can slow down during busy periods, especially on game nights. Overall, it's a solid choice for lunch or dinner, especially for beer enthusiasts, with room for menu expansion.
One of the highlights of this restaurant is its wide selection of beers. You can try various types of craft beers with their beer flight, which includes four small glasses of different brews. Just a heads up, their hops can be quite bitter, especially in their IPAs. The food is decent, but not exceptional. The nachos, for example, come with baked beans similar to Heinz's beans, not black beans. I typically request them without beans.
A great place for lunch or dinner, groups. The reason to come is the beer selection, food pretty good ambiance a little lacking commensurate with modern facilities.
We went on New Years Eve... But it was pretty low key. DJ was only okay. Didn't know why he didn't go on the mic to count the new year in... Service could have been better. They missed an opportunity.
Came here for lunch with some clients. Good location, close to Skytrain. Service, beers, food were pretty good. Decent portions. The circular booths at the back were a bit uncomfortable to sit in though.
The best thing about this place is the beer selection. Sample many kinds of craft beers with their beer flight of small glasses of different beers. Their hops are fairly bitter so keep that in mind when trying IPA's. The food is so-so. The nachos come with baked beans (like Heinz's beans, not black beans) so I always order them without beans.
