Hello, I recently had a business lunch for about 20 people. The room was fantastic, and the server did a great job. However, there was only one server assigned to our table despite having made a reservation for 20 guests. He did his best, but we had to wait around 30 minutes to place our food orders, and even after that, the meals didn't come out all at once. Some guests received their food 15 minutes before others. A few attendees chose to be considerate and waited for everyone to be served, which unfortunately made their food go cold before they could eat. Overall, our lunch was delayed. It would have been much better if the server had had additional help. Nonetheless, he was very courteous and did everything he could.

This Boston Pizza location is disappointing. The service is lacking, the food is not prepared to an acceptable standard, and the management reflects the overall poor operation of the restaurant.

The management was accommodating and accepted a large reservation on short notice. They ensured we were served promptly and efficiently. A few items we ordered were delayed, but considering the size of our order, it was understandable. We really appreciate your excellent service; you helped feed our hockey team quickly so they made it to their next game on time! Thank you!
