Women who are constantly on their phones, too lazy to properly do their job, and unable to locate items on their own menu. Their automated responses reflect their lack of care for customers.

I would give this restaurant zero stars!!! Every time I have ordered takeout from this place and clearly specified that my order must be completely vegetarian, I have received food with bacon or other meat in it. I don't know if they are not taking dietary restrictions seriously or if the staff is not passing on the message to the kitchen, but this is completely unacceptable. Additionally, it appears that the managers here make rules based on their whims. In the past, I have had no issue substituting meat for extra veggies at no charge, but this time I was told there would be an extra cost.

Tonight in our garlic bread, we discovered a staple. Luckily, my companion did not accidentally ingest it.
