ComOn we the customers pay extra money to get fresh coffee. I asked the lady at the front about how fresh the coffee was. She replied the coffee was brewed at 8:30am and it was 10 am when I asked. And denied to brew fresh coffee. I don’t recommend this place

If you do not serve drip coffee around that time because you have washed you drip container this is a coffee shop that is open until 8 pm; then explain clearly to your customer and offer an alternative . No need to be rude And pls stop glaring at your customer especially when you are preparing the coffee. The Americano that you prepared is tasteless and you have filled it to the brim that its hot coffee is spilling to the sides of the cup .

If you don't enjoy doing your job, I recommend getting another job. I have read some previous reviews and clearly you have done this to others as well. It's frustrating starting your day off with such an unpleasant experience.

They wanted to charge $3.80 extra and just add it to your existing drink. to make from hot chocolate to mocha which we ordered mocha initially . I do not mind paying proper amount for proper drink rather then trying to fix the 1st drink by add on. The existing drink. No empathy from the girl and the man when I came in. Made me feel like culprit. There is way to deal with clients.. take some training that how to deal with clients
