They do not value their clients and the girl insisted that they do not make mistake .Just money making for them and not genuine customer service.. They wanted to charge $3.80 extra and just add it to your existing drink. to make from hot chocolate to mocha which we ordered mocha initially . I do not mind paying proper amount for proper drink rather then trying to fix the 1st drink by add on. The existing drink. No empathy from the girl and the man when I came in. Made me feel like culprit. There is way to deal with clients.. take some training that how to deal with clients

Terrible customer service. I ordered matcha and they gave me mocha, refused to refund or make a new drink because “i drank it”. I did not drink it. They also take a terribly long time on everything and are very rude to costumers.

I have been going to Blenz for as long as I can remember, as I don’t drink coffee but love hot chocolate. Their hot chocolate is so good. I’ve been eyeing their almond croissant for a while and finally decided to try it. It was terrible, very hard and dried out. I asked for a refund and I was informed that they were fresh that day and they do not give refunds. They offered me something else so I took a muffin which was $2 cheaper. This is terrible customer service and I’m not sure if I will ever go back to that location.

Preordered 2 drinks on the app at 10:15 am on a Sunday. The app said it would be ready at 10:25. I arrived to the store at 10:25 and my drink still wasn’t ready by 10:32 when I just couldn’t wait around any longer and had to leave. Will be doing a chargeback with my bank if they refuse to refund. They had a single barista working for a Sunday morning. Ridiculous management

The lady working at 5:30 on November 2nd 2023 is absolutely nice. She is very nice and kind. I forgot to say thank u so im doing this
