Everything here is made with care and attention to detail. The staff always strive to provide excellent service, and when small issues arise, they quickly address them with a smile and move on. They work hard but also ensure they enjoy themselves, which is wonderful to see! During the COVID-19 pandemic, the shop has taken health precautions seriously, with clearly marked arrows on the floor to guide customers while ordering, helping everyone comply with safety guidelines. The establishment is maintained impeccably clean and organized. Additionally, there is a wheelchair-accessible parking space right in front of the coffee shop, making it accessible for all.

However, on Tuesday, December 12, when I ordered my coffee as usual, the barista told me she was out of coffee. I noticed that the coffee containers were full and asked her about it. She confirmed that she had coffee, but said she wouldn't make any for me. I will never return to that place.
