Big Star Sandwich Co. - Surrey

The sandwiches are really good but a bit on the pricier side (and a lot smaller) compared to subway. Although, the taste is a lot better compared to them and other deli stores.It’s conveniently located near Surrey central skytrain but doesn’t have any free parking nearby (not that I could find). I recommend just parking at Surrey central mall and just walking there as it takes about 10 minutes.

There sandwiches are good but I was charged twice for one order on October 27, 2022. I order on doordash a number 25 large. After about 30 minutes I received a call from Big Star saying they sent he wrong sandwich to my shop. They said they would be re-sending my order with a secondary sandwich for the wait and trouble and I was happy. They never mentioned any extra charges.Today November 7, 2022 I checked my bank statement and found that they had double charged me for 2 sandwiches when I had only ordered one.I tried calling Big Star with no answer and doordash refused to refund the amount as they said it had to with Big Star not DoordashDon't plan on ordering from them anytime soon.

They put a lot of meat in their sandwiches but it is pricy. Good

The meat was dry but the bread was kinda soggy. And the potato salad was ridiculously small.

If you want over-priced, dried roast beef, this place should be your go to. I can't believe I spent $20 on this gross sandwich. Never going there again.
