I ordered some food and was told to arrive in 15 minutes. Due to traffic in the area, it took me an additional 10 minutes. When it was my turn, I was informed that it would be another 2 minutes for the food to be ready. While waiting, I decided to order some sweets and the employee asked how I would like to pay. After waiting a few more minutes, I inquired about my order and was told it would be another 5-7 minutes. When I questioned why it was taking so long, the employee explained that they only start preparing the food when the customer arrives to ensure it is fresh. I suggested that they inform customers of this policy when they place their orders by phone, but the employee seemed indifferent to my feedback. There was a lack of empathy and willingness to find a better solution to the issue. This was not the first time my food was delayed, and I have decided not to return to this restaurant in the future.

This restaurant is not what it used to be. What is the point of pre-ordering food if they still make you wait? They should respect their customers' time. I used to be a regular customer, but now that I see the decline in their food quality and service, I would never recommend this place.

We ordered samosas and found the crust to be soft instead of crispy and crunchy. The filling lacked masala and tasted flat. The pink colored rasgulla was overpowering with rose water and not enjoyable. The moti-chur laddu was lacking in quality and had an oily smell. The butter chicken parcel was too salty and disappointing in taste. Overall, our experience was not good, despite the friendly and welcoming staff.

Bad experience. I placed order on phone , i wait one hour to get my food. They said there is no order in kitchen. I will never go back on this place again.

Ordered chicken biriyani. Very disappointed. It was just a quick mix of rice, green peas, capsicum, onion, chicken curry and above all extremely oily. Oil was flowing out from the packing. It’s better if you can let the customer know you don’t have any biriyani upfront rather than serving something not even close it. Worst experience.
