A&W Restaurant - Surrey

Hi everyone, I am so late with that review but I never forget about my experience at this A&W. that experience was so extraordinary that everything I am going to a fast food joint, I missed A&W from Surrey:)The experience was awesome they open the front door entrance for you and bring your meal breakfast or lunch. They are all smiles and come to your table frequently to ask if you need something. God I went there about three times and love my experience. Please try it out you will love it

This is our favorite A&W in town. Whenever we visited the service was excellent. From people greeting you at the door to managers stopping by the table to ask how the meal is and personally delivering napkins, condiments and other extra touches there is always a personal touch that is usually missing from a fast food restaurant. We have driven past other A&W's just to eat at this one.They often have staff in training on the tills so it can test your patience. They have good support staff checking regularly to make sure transactions are completed properly though so we didn't find it a problem in that regard. I have to agree with others that there is a lack of parking when things are busy. That is the only real downside to the location.

What a great A & W! The service is unmatched and it is such a pleasure to visit. You leave this place in a good mood! Kudos to the staff and management.

When you go here you feel like you are being treated as if you were in a full serve sit-down restaurant. They are always there to open the door for you, whether you're coming or going. Always a good experience going there.

This A&W is quite small. The service was okay and the food was okay. The parking was a nightmare since we had to wait almost 5 minutes to leave our parking spot due to the drive-thru line-up going right past our spot and blocking us in. By that time our 'to-go' food was starting to get cold.
