When I walk in about 3 pm today, four of employees facing inside and telling stories, finally one of them saw me and trying to help me order Moza burger, when I gave her a 100 bill, she asked her manager”do we accept 100?” She said no, then they turn back telling stories again.

0 for customer service. As I approached the counter two girls were standing lying to back counter ones name tag says puneet and otherone says SUPERVISOR no name tho and puneet was on her phone with her airpods on while supervisor was also busy chatting with her. Supervisor greeted me with “YES?” and when i said i wanna place an order she said go ahead. GO AHEAD to whom ??? She was busy with other lady and standing far from cash counter won’t it be stupid if i just start giving my order in air???? And then they were laughing.

I am giving one star because they often closes early before their actual closing time and they always have the same excuse a system update. They should make sure the store is closing on time and not deceive people please. Thanks

I come here for lunch all the time. Me and my coworkers always have bad customer service from the supervisor and most of the girls. They always see people and run to the back like it's a game they are playing. Wish the managers would do
