I think the customer service was pretty ok, but what really made me dissapointed was the fact that it took almost an hour for the food to be ready, the prices have skyrocketed (but that isnt really their choice) but overall it took way too long for the food to be given out. The restaurant offers delicious and authentic flavors at an affordable price. We decided to try one of their soups and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. Our expectations were definitely exceeded.
I ordered online and my food wasn't ready on time. The staff was very rude, allowing other customers to wait inside while kicking me out when I arrived.

The server is unkind. She doesn't even say hello even if the customer is waiting or standing in front of her.
