What tontotaylor doesn't like about Eastern And Oriental:
We've been using this restaurant for well over 15 years. Sadly the prices have been increasing yet the choice of dishes decreased: No Prawn Crackers. No Crispy Seaweed. No Soup. No muscles. Sadly the menu now has less choice than many other local All you can Eat Restaurants. View all feedback. What X6037EZdavidp likes about Eastern And Oriental:
Once again a great night out at the E&O, great service and fabulous food. We were in a party of six and therefore (its a set price) we were allowed to order 8 starter dishes and 8 main meal dishes it was far to much we ended up only ordering 6 main meals. The food was delicious and the atmosphere in the restaurant is wonderful. The service was brilliant very attentive. Will be back very soon. View all feedback.

read moreOnce a favored destination for special occasions, Eastern Oriental has sparked mixed reactions lately. While the ambiance remains inviting, with a lovely outdoor area and attentive wait staff, the culinary experience has suffered. Diners report inconsistencies, from overcooked appetizers to inadequate vegetarian options. Portions are often deemed insufficient, prompting disappointment. Despite some enjoyable dishes, a sense of rushed service pervades, leaving patrons questioning quality over quantity. Though some still cherish their visits, many express reluctance to return, hoping for a return to the restaurant’s previously high standards. For now, it’s best suited for casual meals rather than celebrations.
