I had a custom made waffle with banana and caramel sauce, it arrived quickly and tasted good with good value for money. I was seated by Tom and he helped me when I couldn't scan the QR code to view the menu. Great service by Tom and a pleasurable trip, bound to go there again View all feedback.
What Carole B doesn't like about Creams Cafe:
Awful service, waited so long only to be told afterwards that they didn’t have most of our order. Asked for refund and got charged twice before I finally got a refund! Will never go there again! View all feedback.
The food was very cold and stale. Milkshake came 15 minutes after the food. Very underwhelmed, will not be returning! The workers are unenthusiastic and seem bored
We wanted to sit in a booth even though there were 7 booths free! Quite rude, cold restraint hot drinks not working not a friendly experience and was freezing in the restaurant, took ages to get our order even though only 3 tables were occupied!
When placing an order the manager kept questioning why we wanted what we wanted and trying to make us have the easiest option. Rude and not accommodating.
We ordered and because of an issue with their printer, 1 of the orders did not appear. They couldn't do a refund as it wasn't paid for by an online banking account and it also took 40 minutes to serve a coffee and sorbet.
I’m not normally one to complain but every time i come here the service is unsatisfactory. we shouldn’t have to ask 3 times for a glass of water. the crepes were so over cooked we couldn’t even cut them. and no service check whatsoever?
