Valley Keto - Surprise

I'm diabetic so I have to watch my carb intake. I've tried the Rye bread, chocolate chip cookies, muffins, cupcakes, chili lasagna. Everything is not only low-carb but also delicious! The lasagna is to die for. We live over 40 miles away but still go there at least once a week. Great food that's as tasty as it healthy.

Was at Fountain Hills Farmer's Market where I purchased the BEST KETO FOODS EVER!!! Next visit is their store. Thank You Soooo Much!

This spot is the only Keto spot I know of on the west side. I have saw them at the farmers market and decided to visit the store. It's located in Surprise and easy to find. Service wasn't overly friendly but was quick in getting me checked out and the store was small but clean! They have cookies, scones, muffins, bagels, rolls etc all low carb. This time I bought 1 pack of everything bagels and 1 pack of hatch chili cheddar bagels. Each comes with 4 bagels at a price of $12 each. I spent $24 on 8 bagels. Now, the bagels were more like a muffin and dense as most Keto bakery items. I felt they were super greasy but satisfied my bread craving. I would definitely love to try their sweets and other items so I'll stop in again to report back on the cookies, muffins and whatever else looks good at the time! Lol

Best lasagna and garlic bread ever!!! Absolutely our new favorite! We also love the lemon scones and the cheesecake. Customer service is always great.

I love this place!! I have a sweet tooth, I used to believe there should be dessert with every meal. So I wasn’t sure I’d last long on keto, until I visited Valley Keto and found the best resource imaginable for delicious keto options. They made my Thanksgiving and Xmas meals easy and enjoyable.
