Uptown Alley - Surprise

This place is super fun. we bought the savings package for eight for the 13th birthday of my son. we have two hours of bowling and many arcade cards. also there is a steep discount on laser tag when they add it to the package. there is pizza and a personalized birthday monster cookie. the value to cost was quite stellar and definitiw it for the great transition to teens worth to get from the couch and go. the only glitter in service (minus a star has actually made the reservation. they can not require more than a week in advance, so they put an alarm on their phone for Saturday morning a week before the party. after they have provided their information online, they must wait until group sales contacted them. if they come back immediately, it could go to their spam folder, then if after five in the week to confirm group sales are not available and they need to leave a voice mail, then if they could return their call it could be while they are working (9-5 M-F), then they could (yay! and give them 30 minutes to sign their contract or lose their reservation.

Did a party package for my son's 14th birthday. It was great, they bowled in the private bowling area, we had our own server for food and drinks. Then played laser tag and some arcade games.

The uptown Alley is definitely worth a step inside its doors. This is an entertainment complex very cool. Huge arcade area, two full service bars very nice lounges. Bowling lanes are very nice, TVs everywhere, food specials and gaming specials. Pool tables and golf games also.

I am a retired USAF veteran and I know the meaning of ?Great? Carissa (Manager), Sandra (Assistant Manager), and her employees in Uptown Alley gave my family and me just that;?Exceptional? and? Excellent? Customer service. Carissa, Sandra and their employees have a passion for their skills; a fun environment to go for all ages with excitement? Bowling, laser day, arcade, billiard tables, live music, karaoke, large TV channels for sports, delicious food and wonderful drinks. From step 1 to step 10 Carissa, Sandra, and the staff took their time over all menu items, answered all our questions and gave us a fun and exciting experience; the service we received? Model?. This place is a ?One Stop Shop?, all we needed to have a fun and fulfillment evening. Do you care for customers? become at the highest level?. Uptown Alley?s food is very good and very tasty. The quality of food is fantastic. All we ate was amazing. The facility is very clean and welcoming. My family and I are 100% satisfied with the quality of the service we receive during your bowling alley. We have made the best choice by choosing Uptown Alley to spend our family fun night. You have high-end games equipment for your pleasure and their prices are amazing for the quality of the service you receive. Thanks to Carissa, Sandra and staff; very appreciated. First visit on a Sunday afternoon for children's birthday. We all had a great time. The food (pizza, frits, hot dogs, sliders) was excellent served at the right temperature. The establishment was well occupied and the employees were busy in their work. Our server was welcoming, knowledgeable, it spoke clearly, articulated English. How refreshing was it to see a server that looks up and smiles, clearly communicating (didn?t mumble) and knew exactly what she did. Our party really enjoyed the bowling games. I hope to visit again soon will recommend for family and friends. I'm thrilled! Thank you.
