I am a big fan of the Bahama Mama smoothie at this restaurant. It is always my go-to drink. Usually, I enjoy their flatbreads, but this time I was disappointed. The flatbread was overcooked and tough, and the cheese was not even melted.
The salad was great, and a good mix of flavor as for the smoothie. however, the egg in the wraps was very watery, flavorless.
The girls who worked today 8/6/22 did a stellar job on our order. communication was clear, order was right, eating and smoothies prepared right, big smiles and settings. huge a kuddos. we are very satisfied. Thank you.
Way over priced. Thankful for the coupons? it?s the only way we can go. The smoothies are delicious but not at $8 a pop! The sandwiches though also yummy , kinda small for price. Customer service only ONE GAL AND ONE GUY THERE THAT ARE SO FRIENDLY AND KIND AT THE WINDOW . I do not remember names , darn it. But , THEY ARE OBVIOUS AND BETTER THAN THE REST.
Food and smoothies are good. Customer service was non-existent. My wife placed an online order at 9:34 am on 6/5. It was delivered and dropped off at our door at 10:30 without anyone knocking. We were missing one smoothie. I called the store, was told that it was sitting on the counter, and that I would have to come pick it up. When I arrived it was not my drink and I was told they were out of Starfruit so the smoothie we ordered was never made. I ordered a different smoothie and waited over 15 minutes for it, while two other customers came in after me and left with their orders and drive thru customers were served. I asked how much longer my order would take and was told We 're really busy by the person who seemed to be the manager. When I explained the totality of the circumstances to him he replied I know and walked away. A few minutes later he put a cup down on the counter, walked away, and said There 's your drink.
