I haven't experienced any atmosphere because I ran the drive thru. eating was hot and the person in the window was very nice. I could really understand her. mostly, and it doesn't have to be taco bell when they drive to the loudspeaker to place their order, comes a person with an art rattle that she could never understand because it's mumble talk and they can't get it out of the speed she mumble! thank you for lettin... What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
they always screw up on everyone. last week we explained everything they have messed up, so they offered us the same amount of food for free when we come back within a week. what we did. again they forgot our 12 pack friends, no red sauce on all pintos and cheese and forgot the spores. how do they constantly forget how to make their articles? it's so frustrating. We went here to get Mexican pizza. They were out. So we ordered two soft steak tacos, a crisp taco and a gordita. We were charged for regular soft tacos plus $2.88 for the steak (6 small strips) and a dollar for sour cream. There was a little cheese and a small spoonful of lettuce on these tacos nothings else! No tomato at all. The crisp taco had some ground beef in it and nothing else! Not even lettuce. I called and complained to the manager. He said he was sorry and that was it. There are other taco shops that are better in the community and fast food restaurants nearby. Think before you go here. They aren't big on congeniality either. Sad.
Drive thru was at least a 20 minute wait to even order food when the lobby was closed. More than 5 workers standing around talking. When I received my food my fries where cold. I had a bad feeling when they had a sign posted on the drive through that the Mexican pizza was sold out.

That's not okay. we had ordered from this place, maybe like 5 times something was missing on the order, but always let them go because it was small. we ordered eating by eating at 1 o'clock it is late, but we are hungry. they closed at 2. So they had a lot of time. I know some restaurants like to start cleaning and everything ready to close early, but I never expected them to serve us this. if that was the case, I would rather have canceled my order and got nothing. it's like you don't like your job or don't want to be there, then don't work there. that was a choice they made to work in almost food, we pay hard for our money also to buy what we want.
