Starbucks - Surprise

I really appreciate the barista at this place! She complimented me on my looks, even after I had spent six weeks in a neck brace, which left my face swollen and bruised. It made my day!

How many drive-thrus can you visit where the employees remember your name? I recently started going to this place, and Pat is incredible! She already knows my name and my car. I place my order through the loudspeaker, and she calls my name before I even reach the window! I’ve heard they’re doing well, and they’ve earned a 5-star rating! I really hope she gets recognized for her outstanding service. It's rare to find such dedicated employees these days! Plus, she is always so friendly and kind. I love the ice cream here!

I ordered a caramel wrap and a mocha frappuccino. Both drinks tasted like they were made with just milk and a bit of chocolate and caramel. They didn't quite have the richness I was hoping for, but they still tasted good.

I keep many days on the way to work. I love pat in the drive-thru. she always remembers my name. what a great customer service!

This Starbucks is the worst! Every single time I come here, my drink taste different. They’re slow regardless if they’re busy or slow. I had a employee sit talk to her friends for 15 minutes until I finally said something so she can make my drink. The place is a disgrace to the Starbucks brand. It sucks because it’s the closest to my job so the distance is convenient but at this point, I’ll just drive the extra miles to a different location. Someone needs to go to this location assist them ASAP!
