What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
This was easily a complete waste of $7.70, not to mention my gas and time. The Pizza Hut Meat Lover's Pizza Melt was served cold, overcooked, burnt, and so salty it was almost inedible. The dipping sauce was warmer than the pizza itself. It was so tough that I nearly considered becoming a vegetarian! It felt like I was being served something that had been pulled from a dumpster. Loved there pizza, now watched, somewhere else to repair my pizza. has to find a place, but will search.
Linda the manager is incredible. I was in the area and saw Pizza Hut so i stopped by. Linda made sure I was happy and that the food met expectations. Super friendly and just pleasantly wonderful. She made my day! No kidding, one of the greatest experiencesd service I have had anywhere. She genuinely felt like family. Thank you Linda!!
Terrible customer service. A total of five calls. We were hung up on 3 times. Finally able to edit order on 4th call. Not told until 5th call that they don't deliver to the address we are at.
