Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Surprise

We went over here because Buffalo Wild Wings had a long wait and were super glad we did. Great food, quick and good atmosphere. I'd go back again for sure.Food: 5/5

I went to Ono Hawaiian BBQ for the first time today . It was absolutely delicious. I moved here from New York City and this is one of the best meals I have had in Arizona. Can't wait to order again . The staff was also amazing and answering all my questions. Thank youFood: 5/5

We love this place but I don't know what's happening. Got the beef last night, and it was like shoe leather. Teriyaki chicken was salty, and they put so much juice in the box that it went everywhere! In the car and my floors before we noticed it. And it ruined my rice and salad. I spoke to the manager, and she apologized. Let's see if it improves. I'll give it another try in a month.

We went an hour before closing...not on purpose. Instead of rushing us out, they were very nice and helpful!!!! Thank you!! Food was amazing as always!!!Food: 5/5

2 stars solely for the great food. But imagine placing an order online hours ahead, then getting there only to wait another 2 hrs for your food to get served. I would recommend this place but it's not worth waiting 2 hours for, especially when the whole reason of ordering ahead is to avoid waiting for hours on end in the store.Food: 5/5
