Polish sausage and eggs. Fast food style order with restaurant style table service. Clean pleasant and a Greek menu pork chop or ribeye steak dinner and breakfast and everyone's favorite quality food and reasonable price View all feedback.
The food was tasty and generous portions were given. The burgers were large and reasonably priced. It was our first time there, so we were unsure about how to get our drinks. Nobody explained the serving process, but we discovered that we had to get our own drinks where we placed our order. I found the cashier and busgirl to be rude, but one of the servers was friendly and helpful. Despite the mixed service, I would return because the food was delicious.
My first time in this "dinner" and it was a very pleasant experience? the food was fantastic and although the staff was busy, they were very nice!! I'm going back to breakfast! Very recommended?
It is a beautiful place and the food is really good I had a hamburger and some onion rings and it was delicious
My family and I have dined at this restaurant three times. During our first visit, we witnessed the cashier (owner) being rude to a customer. Although we were shocked, we decided to mind our own business. On our second visit, we observed the same cashier being inconsistent with a teenage worker, which made my husband and I feel sorry for the young girl as she was humiliated in front of everyone. This made me wonder if this is what our children have to endure when they get their first job. The cashier never smiles and appears annoyed, and during her spare time she would interrupt to take an order and would yell at a worker or customer without explaining herself. I never received an apology for leaving in the middle of my order. Fortunately, the third time was better for me. My husband was on the phone with me as I went to place the order. He had already chosen what he wanted, as he had saved a table inside for us since seating was limited. When I repeated his order to the cashier, she angrily suggested that I should get off the phone. I tried to explain as politely as I could, but she responded rudely again, saying that we would all be waiting for me. I understand that she may have misunderstood my actions, but there was no need for such extreme rudeness. It is baffling to me how a business can survive with such incredibly terrible customer service. When I suggested that she should smile and communicate better with customers, she told me that perhaps I should eat somewhere else if I wanted special treatment. At that point, I decided that I would not support a company that mistreats customers or workers. I asked a waitress who the cashier was, as no employer should tolerate such behavior from an employee. The waitress informed me that it was Phyllis, the owner. It became clear to me why she treated people the way she did - she couldn't be fired. Judging by the other negative reviews, they all seem to revolve around her, and complaints are brushed off. It's possible that Jim must be her father or husband, enabling her behavior.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not waste your money here. This was our first time here and the service was the absolute worse. The girl who took our order probably hasn 't smiled in years, she had no idea how to even answer questions about their menu. She had no interest in any type of small talk or customer service for that matter. After ordering we looked for a clean place to sit, good luck. This place if filthy. The dust is everywhere top, bottom, up, down. We had to wipe our own table of debris. Waited a decent time for our food, sipped on our drinks while we waited. The ice tea was horrible, tasted very old. When our food was brought, I asked for a Sprite instead. She asked, Why? What 's wrong with it?! I told her how I didn 't like it and I 'd rather have a Sprite. She told me, I don 't know, go ask. So I went up and spoke with an older man whom I suppose is Jim. When I stepped up to the counter his exact words were, what do you want . He saw the tea in my hand. I ask for a replacement. His response, Why?! What 's wrong with it!? When I told him I did not like it, he answered, next time you come make sure you order right the first time. You are wasting my money, this costs me money. . Jaw dropped and flabbergasted, I told him maybe there just wouldn 't be a next time. And good ol Jim let me know that would be best. Actually his words were, Yeah Id rather not have you back, you 're just wasting my money. Shocked, I took my Sprite and sat down to eat. The food is alright. The onion rings are gross. As we were eating, Jim continued to talk about me, pointing toward me to his staff as if using me as an example. Worse place I have ever been to in my life. I feel sorry for the staff. Waste of time and money.
