Firehouse Subs Surprise Village

We always have a pleasant experience when we come to this firehouse substitution! great eating, cheerful, friendly staff and a clean and comfortable place to eat both inside and outside! the owner has greeted us several times and has even plagued us over motorcycles when saving a few moments. we love what this company stands for and will continue to support this restaurant.

This is the greatest restaurant in Surprise! The sandwiches are all made with care, the staff is friendly and efficient. And the owner... my God what an amazing human being. He does so much for the community and mentors the young kids he has working for him. I dont live in Surprise but when I am there I always stop in, grab a sammy and enjoy the cleanliness and attention to detail that the owner and all his staff adhere to. Places like this are few and far between, and deserve every bit of a 5 star. Well done Ed. Thank you for caring so much about your staff, your food, and your community!

It was quite late lunch so almost empty I got a middle steamer it was delicious, but the meat was cold in the middle it seemed as if they had not cleaned themselves off the lunch break. not very encouraging cuz covid goes around yet. for the millionth time also the sitting area in the free was still covered in dust and left in the

Great location, great service! with the app our food was properly prepared and ready to go when we arrived. kiddos get a sweet fire hat and I love know they support our firefighters

I had tuna with onion on white bread. The little bit of tuna I had was more like a thin spread like u would do for maynaise. Three medium sandwiches for around $34 chips and drink are extra which is usual at firehouse so we didn’t add that. The price to get a sub any more is just asinine.Too much money for mediocre.
