However, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is quick. I highly recommend trying the handmade ice cream coffee; it’s absolutely delicious! Plus, my bagel never has any brand marks, which is a nice touch.

There's a barista who makes my coffee consistently well; I believe her name is Karissa. She prepares the best caramel iced coffee I've had at any Dunkin'! It always tastes just right, and I've never had to ask her to redo my drink because I didn't like it. Recently, Dunkin' Donuts had a promotion for $2 medium lattes. I was hesitant to try a caramel latte since I had a terrible experience at another location where it was just milk and tasted awful. However, when I got a latte here, it was topped with whipped cream and caramel, and to my surprise, it was delicious!

He’s incredibly friendly and... read more This is a great spot for ice cream and donuts! My wife and I often visit in the mornings, and we're always delighted to see Mathew. He’s incredibly friendly and remembers our usual drink orders, which makes our visits even more enjoyable. We usually hope it's a day when Mathew is working! Another staff member we appreciate is Kevin, though he isn't there as often.

You have always filled the chocolate cream donuts-my favorite and as always, the donuts are fresh. The service is amazing, fast, appealing, friendly! Can't wait until my house opens!
