They have a new online ordering system that is horrib... read more Used to come here all the time with little issues here and there, but they were resolved, food was decent. They have a new online ordering system that is horrible. It goes off of Central time so it takes an extra hour. Even though the manager can seethe order on my phone and say they've had this problem before, won't just make the food. She said she has to wait to recieve theorder on their screen. So why didn't they have the order 30 min after it was placed? And now tell us to wait 45 min for it to beready. Not sure if the manager doesn't know how to handle situations that come up or if corporate won't let them, but we won'tbe using this anymore.

Barely no where to start, ignored by host, tried to seat our 6 people at 2 different tables, unbearably slow service, air contioner broken on and everyone around us freezing to death, and wife throwingup 5 minutes after leaving. Grossly neglected by any form of management. I believe the staff was trying to work hard but had noknowledge, training, guidance, or direction.
