This small local restaurant on Siargao is known for serving the best cocosis. We decided to visit because of their renowned ice cream, although it is not vegan. Really great lunch in a beautiful space, got the adobo bowl and ginsoy wrap, both really tasty. Would recommend the bowl, the vege sides were a highlight. Iced coffee was great, highly recommend. Also got the kombucha which I liked but my partner found a touch on the tart side.
Friendly staff. Appropriate price. The packs really taste good! You also have this special sauce that goes really well with the packaging, but be careful as it is a little sharp. I haven't tasted coffee yet. Maybe next time.
What a little hidden gem, away from the main road. Many places to park your scooter also nearby. We had the Adobo and the Ginsoy Rice/Egg Combo and they were absolutely beautiful. Really local cuisine cooked by local people. Small menu, that is, they can really focus on the food they serve and it really shows. Very cheap, for two people food and drinks it was 640php (not including tip) but for what you eat, you would have thought you would pay much more.

100 of 100! I'm a foodie freak, so here we drove from General Luna (60 km) just to try their best in the world coconut ice cream. It was amazing. The concept of the cafe itself. Beginning with many books you can read. Then the philosophy that it is affordable for tourists and locals. Then the food. We ordered 3!!! Portions of ice cream and some veggie nuts roll. Everything was delicious.
